Myanmar World Capital (MWC) aims to build a technology park in the City of Heho, Myanmar, that will facilitate local and global technology-oriented companies. The aim of the establishment of a technology park is the advancement of scientific and technological endeavours. Our project will add value to Myanmar's economy and will come together to create a scientific and technological environment to thrive and succeed. We will provide a cutting-edge advantage to the research and technology suppliers, customers such as the software industry, IoT, Ai, telecommunication, hardware manufacturers, fiber optics, robotics, and medical instruments. The innovative leaders will provide job opportunities for skilled workers and youth to enhance their skills.
Myanmar World Capital (MWC) will develop world-class outstanding economic zone facilities for technology-orientated companies and promote Shan State and Myanmar as an attractive investment destination for national and multi-national corporations. Myanmar World Capital (MWC) will lease-out commercial spaces along with floor space to establish small to medium assembling units. Our technology development centers at Heho Valley Phase-I will provide the tax incentive packages with the Government's collaboration to attract more foreign investors such as China, the USA, Thailand, Japan, and Korea. Myanmar World Capital (MWC) signature building will be categorized for creativity and innovation, i.e., industrial/admin building, data Center, staff village, retail food centers, and residential places.
